7:30pm- 9:00pm
Strawberry Hill Mini Gym,
Bainbridge Island, Washington
Ages 12 and up. Children ages 10 to 12 are welcome to
train with a parent or older sibling.
Shotokan karate takes a serious approach to training and
strives to improve the mind and the body of the practitioner.
The class is offered as a general class open to all ranks.
It is designed to be continuous so beginners are welcome at any time.
The instructor, Mary Macfarlane, has trained for over 30 years and has a third degree black belt. She has taught in many locations and spent 4 years in Japan studying traditional karate.
If you are interested in learning defensive techniques while increasing your self confidence, this is the class for you.
